Is it possible to share content across pages on Squarespace?
Assume you need to duplicate a few pieces of copy and blocks on 3 different pages, so if I update it in 1 place, it automatically updates everywhere.
The Short Answer
Natively, Squarespace doesn't have a built-in "Shared Content" or global component feature for individual page blocks. Once you copy a block to another page, it becomes an independent duplicate.
However, depending on your setup, you have a few ways to tackle this:
Method 1: The Native Workaround (Summary Blocks)
If you're looking for a quick, zero-cost native hack:
Create a hidden Blog Page.
Add your content/copy as a blog post.
Use Summary Blocks on your target pages to pull and display that post.
The Catch: It’s slightly limited in layout and works best for text or simple media rather than complex forms or interactive blocks.
Method 2: The Direct Solution (Synced Blocks)
If you want a true, flexible "Edit Once, Update Everywhere" experience for any native Squarespace block (text, forms, newsletters, images, etc.):
You can use Synced Blocks.
It allows you to turn any block into a master reusable asset. Drop it across as many pages or blog posts as you want, and whenever you edit the master instance—whether it's tweaking copy or updating form storage - every single instance across your site updates automatically.
